When do you need professional oil paint?
Oil paint is used for paintings that stay beautiful for a long time and where you need time to mix colours and work out details. Thanks to its slow drying time, you can work on the same painting for hours or even days without the paint drying out. Naples yellow light is a warm base colour that is indispensable for portraits, landscapes and nature studies.

Why choose the 40 ml tube?
The 40 ml size offers enough paint for several paintings without having to buy large quantities. This size is practical for artists who paint regularly but do not use the same colour every day. For Naples yellow light, which you often mix in small amounts with other colours, this quantity is very suitable.

What does the high-quality pigment grade mean?
This Rembrandt oil paint contains high-quality pigments that ensure maximum lightfastness. This means your painting retains its original colours for years, even when exposed to light. The even viscosity ensures that the paint flows smoothly from the tube and behaves consistently during mixing and application.

Practical tip for optimal use
Always keep the tube tightly closed and upright to prevent it from drying out. Naples yellow light mixes beautifully with titanium white for lighter tints, or with siennas and umbers for warmer skin tones. Use a palette knife for mixing to spare your brushes and ensure pure colour mixing.
