Robust network cable that withstands all weather conditions. With a waterproof housing, it is ideal for outdoor installations where reliability is essential.
When do you choose this product?
For stable outdoor networks
This outdoor network cable Cat. 6A S/FTP ensures reliable internet connections in outdoor environments where ordinary cables fail. You need this cable when you want to connect devices outdoors to your network, such as security cameras, access gates or equipment in garden sheds.
Why Cat. 6A with double shielding
The Cat. 6A standard supports speeds up to 10 Gigabit and has a bandwidth of 500 MHz, so you are future-proofed with sufficient capacity. The S/FTP design means the cable is doubly shielded, which is essential for outdoor use where electromagnetic interference from other devices can disrupt the connection.
IP66 protection against the weather
The cable has IP66 certification, which means it is fully protected against dust and against powerful jets of water from all directions. It is also oil-resistant, which is useful in industrial environments. The moulded connectors with gold-plated contacts ensure a durable connection that resists corrosion and moisture.
Practical installation tips
Please note that this cable is not suitable for direct burial in the ground without additional protection. The cable has a diameter of 6.5 mm and is fitted with knick and rastnasen protection on the connectors, which prevents breakage during installation. For underground installation, use a protective conduit or cable duct.
