When should you choose an outdoor network cable?
This Cat. 6A S/FTP network cable is specially designed for outdoor use where ordinary cables do not last long. You need this cable when you want to establish a stable internet connection between buildings, to outdoor cameras, or to equipment in gardens, sheds or garages. The IP66 protection ensures that rain, snow and moisture cannot cause any damage.

Why this cable length and specification?
With a length of 20 metres, this cable easily bridges the distance between different buildings or to equipment further away. The Cat. 6A standard supports speeds of up to 10 Gigabit and a bandwidth of 500 MHz, so you can also make future-proof connections. The double shielding (S/FTP) protects against interference from outside.

Resistant to weather conditions
The cable is waterproof and oil-resistant thanks to the special coating. The moulded plugs with gold-plated contacts and the kink and latch protection ensure durable connections that are not easily damaged. The copper conductor material guarantees optimal signal transmission, even with temperature fluctuations.

Important installation guidelines
Please note that this cable is not suitable for direct underground installation without protection. For underground installations, you need a protective duct or conduit. The cable diameter of 6.5 mm is sturdier than standard indoor cables, but when installing, make sure there is sufficient space at bends so the cable is not damaged.
