What does this brush pen do?
This STABILO brush pen combines the advantages of a felt-tip pen with the flexibility of a paintbrush. By varying the pressure you apply, you can create different line widths in a single stroke. It is specifically designed for creative applications such as hand lettering, colouring in, highlighting, underlining and creating shadow effects.

Why a flexible brush tip?
The flexible brush tip sets this pen apart from ordinary felt-tip pens, as you can make both fine details and broad areas without switching tools. Applying more pressure gives you a wider line, while light pressure produces thin, precise strokes. This makes it ideal for projects where you need variation in line thickness.

Water-based ink for versatile use
The water-based shades ensure smooth colour release and make the pen suitable for a variety of materials. This ink technology contributes to the light handling, so you can work comfortably for long periods without hand fatigue. The light blue colour is perfect for subtle accents or as a base for colour gradient techniques.

Practical tip for optimal use
Always start with light pressure to get used to the flexibility of the brush tip. For hand lettering, you can make thin upstrokes with the tip and thick downstrokes with more pressure. Store the pen horizontally to keep the brush tip in optimal shape and prevent the ink from pooling to one side.
