When do you need precision drawing?
The STAEDTLER Pigmentliner is designed for technical drawing, architectural sketching and graphic design where millimetre precision is required. You use this fineliner when working with rulers and templates, because the long metal nib can glide accurately along straight edges without deviating.

Why choose a 0.3 mm line width?
With a line width of 0.3 mm, you create clearly visible lines that are not too thick for detailed work. This width offers the perfect balance between legibility and precision, ideal for technical drawings, floor plans and detailed sketches where you want to combine different line thicknesses.

Permanent document quality
The pigment ink in this pen is archival, lightfast and waterproof, meaning your drawings retain their original quality for years. This makes the pen suitable for important documents, portfolios and work that needs to be preserved. The ink does not fade under sunlight and does not run on contact with water.

Practical benefits when working
A particular advantage is that you can erase lines on tracing paper, which is useful when creating overlays or technical sketches. The metal clip ensures you can attach the pen securely to your clothing or notepad. Thanks to the long metal nib, you can also work with thick rulers without the pen holder getting in the way.
