What does this fineliner do and when do you need it?
The STAEDTLER Pigmentliner is a professional fineliner developed specifically for precision work. You use it when you need to draw accurate lines for technical drawings, architectural sketches or graphic design. The 0.2 mm line width makes it ideal for detailed work where every millimetre counts.

Why the long metal nib makes the difference
This fineliner has a long metal nib that works perfectly with rulers and templates. Thanks to the metal construction, the nib does not bend under pressure, so you can draw straight along edges without the tip sinking. This gives you much more control than with ordinary fineliners with flexible tips.

Pigment ink for lasting results
The pigment ink in this fineliner is document-safe, lightfast and waterproof. This means your lines won't fade in sunlight, won't run when exposed to moisture, and are suitable for documents that need to be kept for a long time. On tracing paper, you can even erase any mistakes without the ink smudging.

Practical tip for everyday use
The included metal clip lets you attach the fineliner securely to your sketchbook or pocket. Store the fineliner horizontally to keep the ink flowing optimally, and make sure to close the cap properly after use to prevent it from drying out.
