When do you need an archive box?
An archive box is ideal for temporarily storing and transporting documents that you don't need every day but still want to keep accessible. It's perfect for archiving completed projects, old administration or documents you need to keep but don't consult often.

Why choose this compact format?
With a depth of 120 mm, this archive box offers room for a considerable number of A4 documents without taking up too much office space. The 255 x 120 x 340 mm size fits well on standard office shelves and in filing cabinets, while still providing sufficient storage capacity for project files or annual folders.

Practical design for daily use
The reinforced folding lid keeps your documents securely closed, while the handle opening makes transport easy. The 1.5 mm thick cardboard construction with paper lamination gives the box enough sturdiness for regular use without unnecessary weight. Because the boxes are delivered ready-made, you can use them straight away without wasting time on assembly.

Smart tip for efficient archiving
These archive boxes are supplied in packs of 5, which is handy for setting up a structured archiving system. Label each box clearly with its contents and date so you can quickly find what you're looking for. The uniform appearance also gives your archive or storage space a professional look.
