When do you need an archive box?
An archive box is used to store documents neatly that you do not need every day, but still want to keep. This EXACOMPTA archive box is specially designed for A4 documents and offers a practical solution for home offices, administrative offices and businesses that want to store their paper archive in an organised way.

Why choose this size?
With dimensions of 255 x 120 x 340 mm, this box offers exactly the right amount of space for A4 documents. The width of 120 mm means you can store a sizeable stack of documents without the box becoming too heavy to handle. The dark blue cardboard gives your archive a professional look.

Sturdy cardboard with practical details
The box is made of 1.5 mm cardboard with a paper laminate, which ensures strength and durability. The reinforced flap lid closes securely, so your documents stay protected from dust and moisture. The handy finger hole makes it easy to pick up and move the box, even when it is full.

Practical: ready to use straight away
You receive these archive boxes fully assembled, so you can use them straight away without having to fold or glue them yourself. They are supplied in packs of 5, which is handy if you need several boxes for a larger archiving project. This way you can store your entire administration neatly in one go.
