What does this product do?
This archive box is designed for the orderly storage and archiving of A4 documents. Use it when you want to keep papers for the long term but still keep them easily accessible. It is a transfer box, ideal for moving documents or setting up a structured archive system.

Why this thickness and this format?
With a width of 90 mm, this box offers enough space for a substantial stack of documents without becoming too heavy to handle. The A4 size means you can store standard documents perfectly, without folds or damage. The 1.5 mm thick board with paper lamination gives the box the sturdiness needed for long-term use.

Practical flip-lid system
The reinforced flip lid ensures your documents are securely closed, which is important for protection against dust and moisture. The finger hole in the box makes transporting it and taking it off the shelf much easier, especially when you place the box on higher shelves.

Ready to use straight away
A major advantage is that this archive box is delivered ready-assembled - you don't have to put it together yourself. This saves time and prevents assembly errors. The Havana brown colour gives your archive a professional, neutral look that suits any office environment. The dimensions of 255 x 90 x 340 mm make it suitable for standard office shelving.
