When do you need an archive box?
You use an archive box to store documents and files in a long-term and organised way. This EXACOMPTA transfer box is ideal when you regularly need to archive or transport A4 documents between different locations. Thanks to its compact size, it fits neatly into standard office cabinets.

Why choose this 120 mm size?
With a depth of 120 mm, this box offers enough space for a substantial stack of documents without taking up too much room. The size of 255 x 120 x 340 mm is specially designed for efficient storage of A4 paper. You receive 5 pieces at once, which is practical for setting up a complete archive system.

Sturdy cardboard construction
The box is made of 1.5 mm cardboard with paper lamination for extra strength. The reinforced folding lid ensures your documents are securely closed. The handy grip makes it easy to move the box without it slipping from your hands during transport.

Practical usage tip
These transfer boxes are delivered ready-to-use, so you don't need to assemble them yourself. The red colour helps you categorise different document types within your archive. Be sure to store the boxes in a dry place to keep the cardboard construction in optimal condition.
