When do you need an archive box?
An archive box is used for storing documents, files or other important papers in an orderly way that you do not need every day but still want to keep. This EXACOMPTA transfer box is ideal when you want to archive A4 documents for the long term or move them to another location.

Why choose this specific size?
With a depth of 120 mm, this box offers enough space for a substantial quantity of documents without becoming too heavy. The dimensions of 255 x 120 x 340 mm are perfectly suited to A4 documents and fit well in standard filing cabinets. The light blue cardboard helps you visually organise different document categories.

Sturdy construction for safe storage
This archive box is made of 1.5 mm cardboard with a paper lamination, which ensures a solid construction. The reinforced folding lid closes securely and protects your documents from dust and moisture. The handy grip hole makes transport and handling easy, which is especially important when moving full boxes.

Practical advantage: ready to use straight away
The boxes are delivered pre-assembled, which saves time compared with flat boxes that you have to fold yourself. They are packed in sets of 5, which is convenient for offices that need several archive boxes at once. Because they are ready to use straight away, you can start archiving immediately without any hassle with assembly materials.
