When do you need an archive box?
An archive box is used for storing and transporting A4 documents in an organised way that you don't need every day but still want to keep. This EXACOMPTA archive box is ideal for archiving contracts, tax papers, project files or other important administration that needs to be stored safely.

Why choose this 90 mm variant?
With a depth of 90 mm, this box offers exactly enough space for average quantities of documents without too much unused room. The dimensions of 255 x 90 x 340 mm make it compact enough for efficient storage, yet large enough for substantial volumes of documents. This size fits perfectly in most filing cabinets and bookshelves.

Sturdy construction with practical details
The box is made from 1.5 mm cardboard with a paper laminate, which ensures durability with regular use. The reinforced folding lid guarantees a secure closure for your documents, while the handy finger hole makes transport easy. You receive the box fully assembled, so you can use it straight away.

Ready to use straight away
A major advantage is that this transfer box is delivered fully assembled. You don't need to spend time folding or putting it together – just unpack it and start archiving straight away. The black design looks professional, and the neutral colour suits any office or home-working environment.
