What this archive box does and when you need it

An archive box is the ideal solution when you want to keep loose documents, project files or administration organised without papers sliding about or getting damaged. This EXACOMPTA box holds 250 sheets in A4 format, making it suitable for a complete file or a season's administration in one place.

Why this size is the right choice

With a spine width of 25 mm and dimensions of 250 x 25 x 330 mm, this archive box fits standard A4 documents precisely and sits neatly on a regular bookshelf or filing cabinet. The narrow spine means you can line up several boxes side by side without wasting much space, which is ideal if you want to keep a growing archive compact.

Honest about the material

The box is made of manila board weighing 600 g/m², which gives a sturdy construction that keeps its shape even when full. Manila board is naturally less water-resistant than plastic alternatives, so it is best to store the box in a dry place away from moisture.

Practical in use

A handy detail is the elastic closure, which stops the contents from shifting or falling out when you lift or move the box. The writable spine label lets you label the box straight away without buying extra stickers. The box is also delivered ready to use, so you can fill it straight away without having to fold or assemble it first.
