What do you use this archive box for?
An archive box is the ideal solution when you want to keep loose documents organised without binding them. This EXACOMPTA box is suitable for A4 format and holds up to 250 sheets, which makes it ideal for archiving project files, contracts or correspondence that you want to be able to consult regularly.

Why choose this narrow variant?
With a spine width of 25 mm, this archive box fits well with thin to medium-sized files. If you have a project where the volume of documents remains limited, this narrow version prevents your box from standing half-empty on the shelf. This keeps your archive tidy and space-efficient.

Sturdiness with 600 g/m² manila card
The box is made from manila card weighing 600 g/m², which provides a sturdy construction that keeps its shape even when you lift and replace it often. The elastic closure keeps the contents together without any need for extra clips or binding materials. That makes everyday use simple and practical.

Ready to use and easy to label
The archive box is delivered ready for use, so you don't have to assemble it yourself. On the spine there is a writable label panel on which you can note the contents, handy when you keep several boxes side by side on a shelf. Thanks to the blue accent, you can also apply colour coding if you want to distinguish different categories of documents from one another.
