What is a lever arch file and when do you need one?
A lever arch file is the practical solution when you want to bundle loose documents quickly without punching or binding them. Use it for files, reports or project folders that you want to consult and add to regularly. Once your paperwork grows and you want to keep an overview, a lever arch file is a logical choice.

Why this A4 format in PP?
This model is made of polypropylene plastic, which makes it sturdier than a cardboard variant and resistant to bending and moisture. The A4 format matches the most common document size you encounter in an office environment. The transparent front means you can see at a glance what is in the folder, without having to open it.

Capacity and mechanism
The lever arch file holds up to 100 sheets, which corresponds to a substantial file or a complete project archive. The lever mechanism has a spine width of 80 mm, so you clamp the documents securely in place without them slipping. Please note that when the folder is fully filled, you will need a little more space in your drawer or on your desk.

Practical tip: spine label and organisation
The supplied label strip on the spine makes it easy to label the folder and find it quickly in a stack or filing cabinet. The light green colour also helps you distinguish folders by category or project when working with a colour-coding system. If you want to combine several colours, look at the other versions within the same range from Exacompta in our assortment.
