What does this product do?
A collection box is used to temporarily store and transport loose documents, project folders or archive material. These EXACOMPTA collection boxes are ideal when you regularly need to move files between different workstations, or when you want to gather projects together before they are finally archived.

Why this 25 mm spine width?
With a spine width of 25 mm, this collection box offers enough space for thinner document bundles without taking up unnecessary room. This size is perfect for ongoing projects, quarterly invoices or correspondence that you want to keep organised but still consult regularly.

Sturdy material with handy details
The box is made from 600 g/m² Manila board, which provides sufficient strength for daily use. The elastic closure keeps the contents securely in place, even during transport. The labelable spine panel makes it possible to clearly mark the contents, so you can quickly find the right documentation.

Practical delivery for office use
You receive these collection boxes fully assembled in a set of 8 pieces, which is immediately good value for offices managing several projects in parallel. Thanks to the standard dimensions of 250 x 25 x 330 mm, they fit well in most office cabinets and filing systems.
