What is a transfer box?
A transfer box is used for neatly storing and transporting documents and files. This cardboard storage system is ideal when you regularly need to transport paperwork or want to archive it temporarily. The transfer box offers a practical solution for offices that want to keep their administration organised.

Why choose this compact size?
With dimensions of 250 x 40 x 330 mm, this transfer box is perfect for smaller document collections and narrow files. This compact version is handy when you have limited storage space or often need to move smaller quantities of documents.

Sturdy 600 g/m² manila board
The 600 gram per square metre manila board is sturdy enough to protect documents safely. This material is strong enough for regular use, yet remains a cardboard solution suitable for indoor use. The elastic band keeps the box closed during transport and prevents documents from falling out.

Practical and ready to use straight away
The transfer box is delivered ready to use, so there is nothing for you to assemble. The labellable spine label lets you clearly mark the contents, making it easier to find specific documents. The blue colour makes it possible to visually distinguish different categories of documents in your filing system.
