What is a collection box used for?
A collection box is used to store documents, project folders or other paperwork in an organised way. You can use the box as temporary storage for active files or as a permanent archiving solution for completed projects. The labellable spine panel means you always keep track of the contents.

Why this 60 mm spine width?
With a spine width of 60 mm, this collection box offers enough space for medium to large stacks of documents. The dimensions of 250 x 60 x 330 mm make the box suitable for A4 documents and standard ring binders. You get plenty of capacity without the box becoming awkwardly heavy to carry.

600 g/m² manila board for sturdiness
The 600 g/m² manila board ensures a sturdy construction that can handle regular use. This material is stronger than ordinary cardboard but remains flexible enough for daily use. The elastic band keeps the contents securely in place, even during transport or when you take the box off the shelf.

Practical tip for immediate use
The boxes are delivered fully assembled, so you can use them straight away without having to fold or assemble them first. With 8 pieces in one pack, you have enough stock for a complete archiving system. Fill in the labellable spine panel before adding documents, and you'll maintain a clear administration from the very start.
