This Faber-Castell pencil is perfect for technical drawing and precision work. The special bonding prevents breakage, so you always draw a sharp line.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need this pencil?
You use this CASTELL 9000 pencil for technical drawing, architectural drawings, preliminary sketches and construction lines. The break-resistant filling, thanks to a special bonding process, ensures you can work reliably without the graphite lead breaking unnecessarily.
Why choose the hexagonal shape?
The hexagonal design of this CASTELL 9000 pencil ensures it won't roll off your drawing board. This is especially handy during long drawing sessions when you frequently put the pencil down. The angular shape also sits more firmly in your hand than a round pencil, giving you more control when working on detailed work.
Durable protection against breakage
This Faber-Castell pencil has a special bonding process that protects the graphite lead against breaking. This technique ensures the lead is held firmly in the wood. The green lacquer is applied using water-based lacquer technology, which gives an even finish.
Practical tip for optimal use
Sharpen this pencil to a fine point for the best results in fine line work. The approx. 2 mm thick graphite lead offers sufficient material for long-lasting use.
