When do you need a triangular colouring pencil?
Triangular colouring pencils are specially developed for children who are learning to draw and colour. The triangular shape provides a natural grip and prevents the pencil from rolling off the table. Choose this type of colouring pencil when you want children to develop a good writing posture and be able to colour comfortably.

Why choose the grip version?
This Faber-Castell colouring pencil has a special Soft-Grip Zone that offers extra comfort during use. This soft grip zone reduces pressure on the fingers and prevents quick fatigue, especially important during longer drawing and colouring sessions. The sunrise red colour gives a cheerful look that appeals to children.

Water-soluble feature for versatile use
What makes this colouring pencil special is that it is water-soluble. This means that after colouring, you can go over the colours with a damp brush to create watercolour effects. This way, you combine the precision of a colouring pencil with the soft transitions of watercolour paint, offering more creative possibilities than ordinary colouring pencils.

Practical details for everyday use
At a length of 175 mm, this pencil sits well in the hand and will last a long time. The 3.0 mm core thickness ensures sturdy strokes that do not break easily. The handy name field on the pencil prevents it from getting lost at school or at home, so you always know whose pencil it is.
