What does this product do?

Coloured card from Folia is used as a base material for cutting, sticking and folding work, decorations or backgrounds where you need sturdiness and colour instead of thin paper. The 500 x 700 mm format gives you room to cut your own size for cards, folders or larger pieces. With 25 sheets per pack, you have enough stock for repeated use in a classroom, studio or at home.

Why this weight and this colour?

At 180 g/m², this card falls into a weight class that feels thicker and stiffer than standard printer paper, making it better able to withstand folding and gluing without tearing straight away. The lilac colour is coloured throughout, meaning the colour is not just on the surface but runs through the whole sheet. This is especially practical if you plan to cut or punch the card, as the cut edges will have the same colour as the rest of the sheet.

What does acid-free mean here?

This card is acid-free, which means it is less likely to discolour or become brittle over time compared with card that contains acid. That makes it a logical choice for pieces you want to keep for longer, such as scrapbooking or archiving, rather than something that gets thrown away after one day of use. Please note, however, that this only tells you something about the durability of the material itself, not
