What is this card for and when do you use it?

This coloured card from folia is intended for cutting, sticking and drawing projects where you need a sturdy base. The 500 x 700 mm size gives you plenty of room to cut your own pieces to size for cards, decorations or school projects. With 25 sheets per pack, you have enough stock for repeated use without having to buy a new pack straight away.

Why this colour and this weight?

The pink colour is coloured through, which means the colour is not just on the surface but runs through the entire sheet. This is especially useful for cut-out work, as the edges of a cut shape also stay pink rather than white. The weight of 180 g/m² gives a sturdier feel than ordinary printer paper, so the card holds its shape better when folded and worked with.

What do the high-quality feel and acid-free composition mean?

folia describes this card as acid-free, which means it is less likely to discolour or yellow over longer periods. This makes it suitable for pieces you want to keep or display, such as in a portfolio or album. The stated high-quality feel and absorbency suggest that the card feels pleasant to the touch and responds well to glue, paint or other wet media without warping straight away.
