When do you need a canvas of this size?
This 40×80 cm painting canvas is ideal for horizontal compositions and panoramic works. The wide format lends itself perfectly to landscapes, cityscapes or abstract works where you want to make the most of horizontal space. With its 40×80 cm dimensions, you have plenty of working surface for detailed painting without the canvas becoming too large for your studio.

Why this 100% cotton canvas is the right choice
The canvas is stretched with 100% cotton of 380 g/m², providing a sturdy and durable surface for your painting. Cotton has a natural texture that takes paint well and gives an authentic painting experience. The material is suitable for both oil and acrylic paint, so you are flexible in your choice of painting techniques.

Benefit of the 4-layer ground
This canvas has a 4-layer ground, which means the canvas is optimally prepared for direct painting. You don't need to apply a primer yourself and can start painting straight away. The ground prevents the paint from soaking into the canvas and keeps the colours vibrant.

Practical details for professional use
With a depth of 38 mm, this canvas has enough depth to be hung or displayed without a frame. The canvas is stapled only at the back, so the sides stay neat and you can optionally paint over the edges. Besides oil and acrylic paint, you can also use the canvas for the serviette technique.
