When do you need a stretched canvas?
A stretched canvas on a stretcher frame is essential for painters who want to start their artwork straight away without first having to stretch a canvas. This 200×200 mm format gives you a square working surface that is ideal for studies, small compositions or experimental works where you want to focus on detail.

Why choose this compact square format?
The 200×200 mm format gives you enough room for finished paintings while remaining compact enough for easy storage and transport. This square canvas is particularly suited to portraits, still life studies or abstract compositions where symmetry plays a role.

The benefits of a fourfold primed ground
This canvas is primed four times, which means it is optimally prepared for immediate use. You don't need to apply any additional pre-treatment and can start painting right away. The priming ensures that your paint adheres well and doesn't soak into the cotton, so your colours stay brighter and you need less paint.

Suitable for various painting techniques
The 100% cotton canvas, weighing 330 g/m² with a stretcher bar depth of 16 mm, has been specially developed for both oil and acrylic paint. Thanks to its sturdy construction and professional priming, you can apply different techniques without the canvas sagging or being damaged during the painting process.
