What is this stretched canvas for, and when do you need it?
A stretched canvas is essential for painters who want to work on a stable, pre-treated surface. This 30×30 cm size gives you a ready-made painting surface that is usable straight away without any preparation of your own. The canvas is already professionally stretched and primed, so you can start your artwork right away.

Why choose this compact 30×30 cm size?
This square format of 300×300 mm is ideal for studies, portraits, small landscapes or as practice material. The compact size makes it perfect for beginning artists who want to experiment without a large investment, but also for experienced painters who want to create small, detailed works. The size is also handy for workshops or if you have limited workspace.

Professional primer for optimal paint adhesion
The canvas is 4-layer primed, meaning four coats of primer have been applied for perfect paint adhesion. This thorough ground treatment ensures that both oil and acrylic paint adhere optimally to the surface. The 330 gram per square metre 100% cotton provides a sturdy, durable base that does not sag easily.

Practical tip for use
This stretched canvas has a stretcher bar depth of 16 mm, which provides sufficient thickness for stability while painting. You can use the canvas for both oil and acrylic painting without any additional preparation. Store unused canvases flat and dry to prevent warping, and do not place them directly in sunlight to avoid discolouration of the primer.
