What does this pigment marker do?
This POSCA pigment marker is designed for large-area work where you need thick, opaque lines. With its 8.0 mm chisel tip, it is perfect for making posters, large drawings, decorations or colouring in large surfaces. The pigment ink provides opaque coverage that is clearly visible on a range of surfaces.

Why choose the 8.0 mm chisel tip?
The broad 8.0 mm chisel tip makes this marker ideal when you want to fill large areas quickly or draw thick, eye-catching lines. Thanks to the wedge shape of the tip, you can make both broad strokes and slightly narrower lines by varying the angle at which you hold the marker. This size is particularly useful for graphic work, large-scale hand lettering or artistic projects.

Properties of the slate grey colour
Slate grey is a muted, neutral shade that looks professional and combines well with other colours. This colour is less conspicuous than black but still has enough contrast to be easily legible. It is a practical choice for shadow effects, backgrounds, or when you want a more subtle look than with bright colours.

Practical tip for use
Shake the marker well before use and always test first on a corner of your material to see how the pigment ink reacts. The chisel tip is suitable for paper, card and many other surfaces. Store the marker horizontally and make sure the cap is screwed on tightly to prevent it from drying out.
