When do you need a broad pigment marker?
The POSCA PC-8K is a pigment marker you use when you want to colour large surfaces or draw striking, thick lines. With its 8.0 mm chisel tip, this marker is ideal for poster work, decorations, large drawings or marking objects where visibility from a distance matters.

Why choose the 8.0 mm chisel tip?
The 8.0 mm chisel tip makes this POSCA suitable for projects where you want to fill large areas quickly. You can create both broad strokes and pointed details by holding the marker differently. This tip is wider than standard markers, so you work more efficiently on larger surfaces.

Advantages of pigment ink in white
Pigment markers such as the POSCA contain no solvents and are water-based, which means they have less odour than traditional markers. The white colour covers well on dark backgrounds and dries opaque. Pigment ink is also lightfast, so your work stays looking good for longer.

Practical tip for use
For the best result, shake the marker before use to mix the pigment ink thoroughly. Always test on a small piece of material first to see how the ink reacts with your surface. Store the marker horizontally with the cap on to prevent it from drying out.
