What does this network cable do?
This Cat. 6A S/FTP network cable ensures stable internet connections in demanding outdoor environments. With a transmission frequency of up to 500 MHz and a bandwidth of up to 10 Gbit/s, this cable is suitable for high-speed data transmission between network equipment installed outdoors. The double shielding prevents interference from external signals.

Why this 25-metre outdoor variant?
The 25-metre length gives you sufficient reach for most outdoor installations without signal loss. This specific variant is designed for outdoor use with an IP66 rating, which means it is fully protected against dust and powerful water jets. The copper conductors and gold-plated contacts ensure optimal signal transmission.

Water and oil resistance in practice
The cable is both water-resistant and oil-resistant, making it suitable for industrial environments and places where liquids may be present. Please note: this cable is not suitable for direct underground installation without additional protection. For permanent underground installations, you will need additional protective conduits.

Practical installation tips
The moulded plugs with knick and rast-nose protection offer extra protection against damage during installation and use. With a cable diameter of 6.5 mm, this cable is sturdier than standard indoor cables. Make sure you have enough room for the slightly thicker cable when passing it through openings, and that your network equipment has RJ45 connections.
