Ultra-fast Cat. 8.1 patch cable for reliable network connections up to 2000 MHz. The high-quality shielding ensures stable data transmission without interference.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A Cat. 8.1 patch cable is used to connect network equipment together for ultra-fast data transfer. You need this cable when you want to connect servers, switches or other professional network equipment that requires the highest network speeds. The PIMF shielding provides optimal protection against electromagnetic interference.
Why Cat. 8.1 is the right choice
Cat. 8.1 is the most advanced cable standard, supporting a bandwidth of 2000 MHz. This makes the cable suitable for future network applications and ensures your infrastructure keeps up for years to come. The 1.0 metre length is ideal for short connections in server cabinets or between devices that are close together.
Professional protection against interference
The PIMF (Pairs in Metal Foil) construction with aluminium foil ensures that each wire pair is individually shielded against interference. This double shielding prevents external electromagnetic fields from disrupting data transmission, which is essential in environments with a lot of electronic equipment. The AWG 26/7 copper material guarantees stable signal transmission.
Practical details for use
The RJ45 connectors have gold-plated CuZnNi contacts that are corrosion-resistant and make optimal contact. The LSZH cable sheath is halogen-free, so no toxic gases are released when heated - important in professional environments. Before connecting, always check that your network equipment supports Cat. 8.1, as not all devices fully utilise this standard.
