When do you need these archive boxes?
Archive boxes are used to store documents, files and other A4 paperwork in an organised way that you don't need every day but still want to keep. These EXACOMPTA transfer boxes are ideal for archiving completed projects, old administration or documents you want to store temporarily before they are finally discarded.

Why choose this size?
With a depth of 120 mm, these boxes offer room for a considerable amount of documents without becoming too heavy. The A4 format fits standard office paper and folders perfectly. You receive 5 pieces straight away, which is handy for setting up a complete filing system or for use by several employees.

Sturdy construction for safe storage
These boxes are made from 1.5 mm cardboard with a paper lamination, which provides the necessary strength for regular use. The reinforced folding lid closes securely and protects your documents from dust and moisture. The grip hole makes it easy to move the boxes, even when they are full.

Practical colour coding
The 5 boxes come in different colours: light blue, dark blue, brown, red and green. This variety of colours helps you organise different categories of documents or departments. For example, you can assign a different project type or year to each colour, so you can quickly recognise the right archive box without having to read all the labels.
