When do you need an archive box?
An archive box is ideal for storing documents in an organised way that you don't need every day, but do want to keep. This transfer box is perfect for archiving A4 documents, contracts, tax papers or project files. Choose an archive box when you want to free up office space without throwing away important documents.

Why choose the 120 mm depth?
With a depth of 120 mm, this box offers ample space for a substantial quantity of documents without becoming too heavy. This size is practical for folders and loose papers, while the box remains easy to stack. The dimensions (W)255 x (D)120 x (H)340 mm are perfectly suited to standard A4 documents.

Sturdy construction with easy handling
This archive box is made from 1.5 mm cardboard with a paper lamination for extra strength. The reinforced flap lid ensures your documents are securely closed, while the finger hole makes it easy to carry. Thanks to its robust construction, several boxes can be safely stacked on top of each other.

Practical delivery in a value pack
The boxes are delivered fully assembled, saving you time. You receive 5 pieces per pack, handy if you want to archive several projects or years. The Havana brown colour gives a professional look, and the transfer box function makes these boxes suitable for both storing and transporting documents.
