When do you need transfer boxes?
Transfer boxes are used to temporarily store documents that you don't need every day, but still want to keep within reach. These archive boxes are ideal for moving files to an archive or for seasonal storage of administration. They offer a practical solution between active storage in hanging folders and permanent archiving.

Why this variant?
With dimensions of 255 x 90 x 340 mm, these boxes provide enough space for standard A4 documents without the box becoming too heavy to move. The outer dimensions ensure efficient stacking.

Benefits of the reinforced cardboard
The 1.5 mm cardboard with paper lamination offers a good balance between sturdiness and weight. The reinforced fold-over flap with a secure closure protects your documents against dust and moisture. The handle hole makes moving easier, which is especially important for regular transport between the office and the archive.

Practical benefit of the colour variety
You receive 5 boxes in different colours: dark green, havana brown, red, light blue and dark blue. This colour coding helps when organising different departments, projects or time periods. The boxes are delivered ready-made, so you can get started straight away without assembly.
