What does this product do?
These triangular coloured pencils from Faber-Castell are specially designed for drawing, colouring and creative projects where you want to blend with water. Thanks to their water-soluble properties, you can create beautiful gradient effects and watercolour-like results by going over your drawing with a wet brush.

Why this triangular shape?
The triangular shape prevents the pencil from rolling off your desk and provides a natural, comfortable grip. The soft-grip zone gives you extra hold while drawing, which is especially handy during prolonged use. This ergonomic shape reduces finger fatigue and gives you more control over your lines.

Benefit of the 3.0 mm lead diameter
With a lead diameter of 3.0 mm, this pencil has a sturdy core that is less likely to break than thin pencil leads. This allows you to draw fine details as well as colour in broader areas. The thick lead is ideal for beginners and children, but professionals also appreciate its durability and versatility.

Practical tip for use
The pencil has a length of 175 mm and features a name field where you can write your name – handy for school or shared workspaces. For the best watercolour effect, use a clean, damp brush and carefully go over your coloured surface. Always start with light pressure and gradually build up the colour intensity.
