When do you choose this product?

What does this product do?

Tonkarton is sturdy craft and drawing card that you use for cutting work, collages, making cards and other creative applications where a thicker paper type is needed than ordinary printer paper. The card in the size 500 x 700 mm and 180 g/qm offers enough sturdiness to fold, cut and glue without tearing or sagging straight away. You reach for this kind of card when you are looking for basic material for schools, day-care centres or hobby projects.

Why this size and this packaging?

The large sheet of 500 x 700 mm gives you room to cut your own sizes, which is handy if you need different formats for one project. The pack contains 25 sheets, so you have enough stock at home in one go for multiple pieces of work or a class of children. Because the card is coloured throughout, the colour lilac remains visible along the edges when you cut or tear it, rather than you seeing a white core.

What do acid-free and absorbency mean in practice?

Acid-free card discolours and becomes brittle less quickly over time, which is useful if you want to keep your work for longer, for example for scrapbooking or archiving purposes. The high absorbency of the material ensures that paint, glue and ink go
