Canvas quality and primer
The canvas is made of 100% cotton with a sturdy weight of 380 grams per square metre. The fabric has a three-layer gesso primer, which means the surface is already pre-treated and ready to paint on straight away. This primer ensures the paint adheres well and does not soak into the canvas.

Sturdy construction with 16 mm frame
The stretcher frame has a depth of 16 mm, which provides the necessary rigidity while painting. The canvas is professionally stretched and stapled in place. On delivery you receive pine wooden wedges, with which you can retighten the canvas later if it should sag due to humidity or use.
