When do you need a stretcher frame?
A stretcher frame is essential if you want to paint with oil or acrylic paint on a stable surface. This KREUL stretcher frame gives you a ready-made painting surface to start working on straight away, without having to stretch canvas yourself. You can also use it for serviette technique.

Why choose this large format?
With dimensions of 70×140 cm, you get plenty of room for large paintings or panoramic compositions. This format is ideal if you like to work on a large scale or want to paint several subjects side by side. The 38 mm depth ensures the frame is sturdy enough to withstand this large tension without bowing.

What does 4-times primed cotton mean?
The 100% cotton canvas is 4-times primed, which means four coats of primer have been applied. This provides an even, absorbent surface that is suitable for both oil and acrylic paint. The canvas weighs 380 grams per square metre, indicating solid quality that is unlikely to tear or warp easily.

Practical finish for immediate use
The staples are only on the back of the frame, so the sides of your painting have a neat finish. This means you can hang the artwork without a frame, as the edges look professional. The stretcher frame is ready to use straight away - all you need to do is grab your paint and brushes.
