What is this canvas used for and when do you need it?
This stretched canvas is specially designed for painting with various techniques. You use it when you want to paint with oil paint, acrylic paint, or when you want to apply the napkin technique. The canvas comes ready-stretched and primed, so you can start your artwork straight away.

Why choose this size of 40 × 50 cm?
This medium size offers enough space for detailed paintings without taking up too much room in your workspace. It is large enough for portraits, landscapes or still lifes, yet remains manageable and easy to handle while painting. For beginning artists, this is an ideal size to experiment with.

The benefits of 100% cotton at 380 g/m²
The canvas is made of pure cotton weighing 380 g/m², which provides a stable surface that does not sag easily. Thanks to the 4-layer ground, you don't need to apply a primer yourself - the canvas absorbs paint properly and prevents it from soaking through the material.

Practical details for optimal use
The staples are only on the back, which means the sides of your canvas have a neat, uninterrupted edge. With a depth of 17 mm, the canvas has sufficient thickness for a professional look. You can hang this canvas or place it on an easel, depending on your preference while painting.
