When should you choose triangular colouring pencils?
Triangular colouring pencils are specially designed for a comfortable and stable grip. The triangular shape prevents the pencil from rolling away and reduces fatigue during long periods of drawing. You choose this shape when you colour a lot or when children are going to use them.

Why the Soft-Grip Zone makes the difference
These Faber-Castell pencils have a Soft-Grip Zone that offers extra comfort during use. The grip zone ensures that your fingers don't slip, even during intensive use. This is especially useful for detailed work or when you colour for long periods at a time.

Watercolour-soluble feature for versatile use
What makes these colouring pencils special is that they are watercolour-soluble. This means that after colouring, you can go over the drawing with a damp brush to create watercolour effects. You combine the precision of colouring pencils with the soft transitions of watercolour paint.

Practical details for everyday use
The pencils measure 175 mm in length and have a lead diameter of 3.0 mm, which ensures durable use. The handy name field on each pencil prevents them from getting lost in a classroom or office. It is best to store them horizontally in a case or pencil box to protect the tips.
