What does this product do?
This canvas has been specially developed for oil and acrylic paintings, but also for serviette technique. You use it when you want to paint on a professional surface that is ready for use straight away. The cotton canvas is already stretched on a frame, so you do not need to stretch or prepare it yourself.

Why this size of 50×70 cm?
This size offers enough space for medium-sized paintings without becoming unwieldy. It is ideal for portraits, landscapes or still lifes that require more detail than smaller sizes allow. The dimensions fit well on most easels and in average workspaces.

The advantage of 4-fold primed canvas
This canvas is 4-fold primed, which means the surface is optimally prepared for paint. This ground layer ensures that your paint adheres well and that oil from oil paint does not soak into the canvas. The 380 g/m² cotton provides a sturdy, durable surface that does not easily sag while you are painting.

Practical details for use
The frame has a depth of 17 mm, which ensures sufficient tension and stability. The staples are only on the back, so you see no fixing materials on the sides. This gives a neat finish if you want to hang the work without a frame. Please note that this canvas is suitable for both oil and acrylic paint, but always check that your brushes and medium are compatible with the paint type you have chosen.
