When do you need a stretched canvas?
A stretched canvas is indispensable when you want to paint on canvas without the extra step of stretching it yourself. This KREUL stretched canvas measuring 200×300 mm gives you a ready-made painting surface that is immediately usable. You save time and effort because the canvas is already perfectly taut, so you can start on your artwork straight away.

Why choose this size?
With dimensions of 200×300 mm, you get a medium-sized canvas that is ideal for portraits, landscapes or study exercises. This size offers enough room for detail, yet remains manageable and easy to handle while you paint. It is large enough for expressive works, but compact enough to store or transport with ease.

Advantage of the 4-fold primed surface
The 100% cotton canvas of 380 g/m² is primed four times, which ensures optimal paint absorption and adhesion. This ground layer prevents paint from soaking into the canvas and gives you more control over how you apply your paint. The canvas is only tacked on the back, so the sides remain smooth and you can also paint over the edges for a modern, gallery-quality finish.

Suitable for different techniques
You can use this stretched canvas for oil paint, acrylic paint and even napkin technique. The sturdy 17 mm deep frame keeps the canvas stable, even when working with thicker layers of paint or more expressive painting techniques. The quality of the cotton and its preparation make this stretched canvas versatile for a range of creative projects.
