When do you need an ink ribbon?
An ink ribbon is essential for dot matrix printers, which are still widely used for carbon copy forms, invoices and other documents where several copies are needed at once. If your ink ribbon runs out or the print quality declines, replacement is necessary to keep text sharp and legible.

Which printers is this ribbon suitable for?
This Kores ink ribbon has been specifically developed for NEC Pinwriter models such as the P20, P20Q, P30, P2Q, P2X, P22Q, P3Q, P3X, P32, P32Q, P33, P3200 and P3300. It also fits the Philips SBC7636 printer. Please note that certain submodels such as the P2, P3 and P22 are not compatible, despite similar model names.

Why choose nylon material?
The nylon material ensures a longer service life compared to ordinary fabric ribbons. Nylon is more wear-resistant and retains its ink distribution for longer, so you can print more pages before replacement is needed. This makes it more cost-effective for offices with regular printing requirements.

Check compatibility before purchase
Use the OEM reference number G668NYS or Gruppe 668 to verify that this ribbon fits your printer. Check the exact model of your NEC Pinwriter, as some similar model numbers are not compatible. The black ribbon is universally suitable for standard text documents and business correspondence.
