When do you need a nylon ribbon?
Nylon ribbons are essential for dot matrix printers that are still used for carbon copy forms, till receipts and other multi-part documents. You need this specific ribbon when your original cassette is empty and you want sharp, clear prints again. Nylon ribbons offer a good balance between print quality and lifespan.

Perfect for the Star LC 24-10 and many other models
This Kores ribbon has been specially developed for the Star LC 24-10 and also works perfectly across the entire LC15 and LC24 series. Thanks to its broad compatibility, you can use the same ribbon for different printer models in your office, which simplifies stock management. The OEM reference G691NYS ensures you get exactly the right replacement product.

Reliable print quality with nylon
The nylon material of this ribbon ensures consistent black prints without smudges or fading. Nylon is more durable than ordinary fabric ribbons and lasts longer, so you need to replace it less often. This makes it more cost-effective for regular use, especially with high print volumes.

Checking compatibility is crucial
Always check whether your printer model appears in the extensive list: from Escom Powerprint SM600 to Genicom 1024 and all Star variants such as the NX series, XB24 models and ZA series. Pay particular attention to the exact type numbers of your printer, as small differences in model numbers may mean the ribbon does not fit the cassette.
