When should you replace the ribbon in your dot matrix printer?
If you print documents with a dot matrix printer and the print becomes increasingly faint or uneven, it is time to replace the ribbon. Dot matrix printers use an ink ribbon that dries out over time and releases less ink. This Kores ribbon will give you sharp, dark prints again.

Which printers is this ribbon suitable for?
This specific ink ribbon has been developed for Okidata dot matrix printers, including the ML320FB, ML390FB, ML391FB and ML5320S models. It also fits certain Olivetti printers such as the 50-Cart and 54-Cart series. The correct fit prevents problems with the ribbon guide and ensures optimal performance of your printer.

Why choose nylon material?
The nylon material of this ink ribbon has a number of practical advantages over ordinary fabric ribbons. Nylon is more durable and lasts longer, so you need to replace it less often. Nylon also delivers a more consistent ink output, resulting in more even prints throughout the entire lifespan of the ribbon.

Checking installation and compatibility
Always check the exact model of your printer before ordering. You can usually find the model number on a label on the back or underside of your printer. The OEM reference R100NYS will also help you find the right replacement ribbon. Keep the packaging until you are sure that the ribbon fits correctly and works properly.
