When do you need a new printer ribbon?
This nylon printer ribbon has been specially developed for dot matrix printers, which are still widely used for carbon copy forms and multi-part documents. If your text becomes unclear or your printouts become lighter, it is time to replace the ribbon. Dot matrix printers remain popular in environments where carbon paper and carbon copy forms are essential.

Why choose exactly this size?
With dimensions of 12.7 mm wide and 14 metres long, this ribbon fits the Gruppe 682 specification perfectly. This size ensures that the ribbon runs correctly through the mechanism and makes optimal contact with the print heads. The format is specifically tailored to the NEC Pinwriter series and related models.

The advantages of nylon material
Nylon offers an excellent balance between durability and print quality. The material withstands the repeated strikes of the dot matrix print head and holds the ink well for consistent, sharp printouts. Nylon ribbons generally last longer than ordinary fabric ribbons and deliver an even black colour.

Check your printer model for compatibility
This Kores ribbon works with NEC Pinwriter models such as P6+, P7+, P60, P62, P70, P72, P90 and the complete P5200, P5300, P6200, P6300 and P9300 series. Astra 2252/2253 models are also compatible, as are some Omron cash registers and Wang HQ300 systems. Compare your exact model designation with the list to be sure of compatibility.
