When do you need an ink ribbon?
An ink ribbon is used for dot matrix printers, which print characters by means of pins that strike paper through an ink ribbon. You need a new ribbon when printouts become lighter, letters print incompletely, or when the current ribbon is worn out from intensive use.

Why choose this specific Kores ink ribbon?
This Kores ink ribbon has been specially developed as an alternative for Epson LQ 1000 printers and many other dot matrix printers. The nylon material ensures a longer lifespan than standard fabric ribbons and delivers consistent, dark prints. The black colour is ideal for standard office applications such as carbon copy forms and invoices.

Wide compatibility with various printer brands
The great advantage of this ribbon is its extensive compatibility. Besides Epson LQ series printers, it also works with Canon, Dell, HP, IBM, Lexmark and many other brands. This makes it a practical choice if you have several different dot matrix printers in your office.

Check your printer model to be certain
Check whether your printer is listed in the extensive compatibility list before you order. The ribbon falls under Gruppe 634 and has reference number G634NYS. If in doubt, you can compare this number with the original Epson ribbon or check your printer documentation for supported ribbon types.
