When do you need a collection box?
A collection box is used for temporarily storing and organising loose documents, project papers or correspondence that you still need to process. This type of box is ideal when you regularly gather paperwork that will later end up in a permanent folder or archive.

Why choose this A4 format?
With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, this Oxford Memphis box is perfectly suited to A4 documents. The format offers enough space for standard office paper without wasting valuable desk space on an oversized storage solution.

Durable material, 0.7 mm thick
The box is made from PP (polypropylene) with a thickness of 0.7 mm. This provides enough sturdiness to withstand regular use, while the material remains flexible enough not to break under normal office conditions. It is a practical middle ground between cardboard boxes, which wear out quickly, and heavier plastic variants.

Handy organisation with press-stud closure and label
The press-stud closure keeps your documents safely in place, even when you move the box. The writable spine label makes it easy to clearly mark the contents, so you can quickly find the right documents. This is especially useful when you want to keep multiple projects or categories of documents separate.
