When do you need collecting boxes?
Collecting boxes are ideal for keeping documents, project files or important papers neatly organised. You choose this type of storage solution when you want to protect A4 documents from dust and moisture, while keeping them accessible for regular use.

Why these Memphis collecting boxes with a 60 mm spine width?
With a spine width of 60 mm, these boxes offer enough space for a considerable number of documents without becoming too heavy to handle. The PP material with a thickness of 0.7 mm provides sturdiness without making the boxes unnecessarily heavy. The dimensions of 240 x 320 mm fit standard A4 format perfectly.

Practical benefits of the push-button closure
The push-button closure keeps your documents safely in place, even when you transport the box or set it aside temporarily. The writable spine label makes it easy to identify the contents without having to open the box. This saves time when searching for specific documents.

Handy colour assortment for overview
You receive 10 pieces in an assortment of four colours: light blue, violet, light green and yellow. This variety of colours helps you categorise different projects or departments. By consistently using the same colours for certain subjects, you create a visual filing system that speeds up finding documents.
