When do you need a collection box?
A collection box is used to store loose documents, project papers or files in an organised way. This is useful when you want to temporarily gather material that you will later sort into ring binders or archive boxes. The Memphis collection box is suitable for A4-size documents.

Practical size for your office
With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, this collection box offers a compact format that fits perfectly in standard office cabinets and on shelves. The size remains manageable on your desk and is practical for project files or theme folders that you consult regularly.

Durable material with a practical closure
This collection box is made from PP (polypropylene) with a thickness of 0.7 mm. This material is sturdy enough for daily use and protects your documents against dust and moisture. The push-button closure ensures that the contents stay securely enclosed, even when you transport or store the box.

Practical organisation with the writable spine label
The writable spine label on the back of the box is essential for an organised archive. You can write project names, dates or categories on it, so you can quickly find the right documents.
