When do you need collecting boxes?
Collecting boxes are ideal when you want to keep loose documents, project files or archive material neatly organised. You use them for temporary storage of paperwork that you need regularly, but do not want to keep permanently in a binder.

Why choose A4 format?
A4 format suits standard office paper and document sizes. The collecting box offers enough space for thick reports, project documentation or a sizeable stack of loose sheets without bulging.

Advantages of the PP material with press-stud closure
These boxes are made of PP (polypropylene) with a thickness of 0.7 mm, which provides sturdiness without becoming too heavy. The press-stud closure keeps your documents safely in place, while you can still open and close the box quickly during your work.

Practical tips for use
The four different colours (light blue, violet, light green and yellow) can be used to colour-code different projects or departments. The writable spine label makes it possible to clearly label the contents. The dimensions of 240 x 320 mm ensure that A4 documents fit perfectly without creasing.
