When do you need a collection box?
A collection box such as the Oxford Memphis is used to keep loose documents, notes and papers neatly together. This is ideal when you want to gather project documents that have not yet been definitively filed, or as temporary storage for administration that will later be archived.

Why choose this A4 format?
With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, this box is perfectly suited to standard A4 documents. The filling height of 60 mm offers enough space for a substantial stack of paper without the box becoming too heavy to handle. This format also fits neatly into most office cabinets and shelves.

Sturdy plastic construction
This collection box is made from PP (polypropylene) with a wall thickness of 0.7 mm. This material is strong enough to withstand repeated use, yet flexible enough that the box does not break easily when dropped. The blue colour helps with colour-coding different projects or departments.

Practical usage tips
The push-button closure keeps your documents securely enclosed, even if the box ends up upside down. The labelling spine can be filled in with an ordinary pen or marker to clearly mark the contents. Preferably write with a permanent marker to prevent fading.
